Ingredients:
- 2 cups - GF all purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons - baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoons - salt
- 1 3/8 teaspoons - Xanthan Gum Omit if your GF flour has it already
- 3/4 cups - Coconut Oil Melted
- 1/2 cups - Non Dairy Milk Cashew or coconut work well
- 2 whole - eggs
- 1 cups - sugar
- 2 teaspoons - vanilla
- 1 1/2 cups - Applesauce
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
- 1/4 cups - Dairy Free Butter
- 1/3 cups - White Rice Flour Can sub for GF flour
- 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
- 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
- 1/4 cups - walnuts or pecans chopped, optional
- 1 cups - powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons - Milk add extra if needed
- 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream eggs, sugar, vanilla, and non dairy milk. add applesauce, coconut oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg. beat for 2 minutes. Slowly add GF all purpose flour. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum. Beat for 5 minutes on medium. Pour 1/2 cake mixture into greased bundt pan. Mix crumble ingredients and pour 1/2 of mixture into the bundt pan. Add the remainder of the cake mixture. Top with remaining crumble. Bake for 60-70 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cooled cake before serving.
