Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - GF all purpose flour
  2. 1 teaspoons - baking powder
  3. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 3/8 teaspoons - Xanthan Gum Omit if your GF flour has it already
  6. 3/4 cups - Coconut Oil Melted
  7. 1/2 cups - Non Dairy Milk Cashew or coconut work well
  8. 2 whole - eggs
  9. 1 cups - sugar
  10. 2 teaspoons - vanilla
  11. 1 1/2 cups - Applesauce
  12. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  13. 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  14. 1/4 cups - Dairy Free Butter
  15. 1/3 cups - White Rice Flour Can sub for GF flour
  16. 1/2 cups - Brown Sugar
  17. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  18. 1/4 cups - walnuts or pecans chopped, optional
  19. 1 cups - powdered sugar
  20. 2 tablespoons - Milk add extra if needed
  21. 1/2 teaspoons - Vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 F. Cream eggs, sugar, vanilla, and non dairy milk. add applesauce, coconut oil, cinnamon, and nutmeg. beat for 2 minutes. Slowly add GF all purpose flour. Add baking powder, baking soda, salt, and xanthan gum. Beat for 5 minutes on medium. Pour 1/2 cake mixture into greased bundt pan. Mix crumble ingredients and pour 1/2 of mixture into the bundt pan. Add the remainder of the cake mixture. Top with remaining crumble. Bake for 60-70 minutes. Allow to cool.
Mix glaze ingredients and pour over cooled cake before serving.
