  1. 2 pounds - cod cooked
  2. 3 tablespoons - margarine
  3. 4 tablespoons - flour
  4. 2 cups - milk
  5. 1 cups - sharp cheddar cheese grated
  6. - salt
  7. - pepper
  8. 2 pounds - cod cooked
  9. 3 tablespoons - margarine
  10. 4 tablespoons - flour
  11. 2 cups - milk
  12. 1 cups - sharp cheddar cheese grated
  13. - salt
  14. - pepper

Directions:

1. Flake fish.
2. Make sauce.
3. Use individual casseroles, greased. Fish, sauce, cheese.
4. Bake at 250° for 25-30 minutes.
