Coconut Peanut Butter

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - Sugar
  2. 1 cups - Light corn syrup
  3. 1 cups - Water
  4. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  6. 2 cups - Raw peanuts
  7. 2 cups - Raw coconut
  8. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  9. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  10. 2 cups - Sugar
  11. 1 cups - Light corn syrup
  12. 1 cups - Water
  13. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  14. 2 tablespoons - Butter
  15. 2 cups - Raw peanuts
  16. 2 cups - Raw coconut
  17. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
  18. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda

Directions:

In a heavy pan cook the sugar, corn syrup, water until sugar dissolves. Add salt, Butter and peanuts. Cook to 296 on a candy thermometer. Remove from heat, Add coconut, vanilla, and baking soda. Stir and quickly spread on a butter jelly roll pan. Spread so there aren’t any really thick areas. Cool and break into pieces
