Coconut Macaroon Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - sugar
  2. 2 - eggs
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  4. 1/4 cups - soft butter
  5. 1/4 cups - flour
  6. 1/2 cups - milk
  7. 1 1/2 cups - coconut save 1/3 cup to sprinkle on top
  8. 1 - unbaked pie shell

Directions:

Mix together all filling ingredients; pour into pie shell.

Sprinkle with 1/3 cup reserved coconut.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 60 minutes or until set. Enjoy!
