Coconut Layer Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - Yellow cake mix
  2. 1 boxes - Vanilla pudding
  3. 1 1/3 cups - Water
  4. 4 - Eggs
  5. 1/4 cups - Oil
  6. 2 cups - Coconut
  7. 1 cups - Walnuts
  8. 1 boxes - Yellow cake mix
  9. 1 boxes - Vanilla pudding
  10. 1 1/3 cups - Water
  11. 4 - Eggs
  12. 1/4 cups - Oil
  13. 2 cups - Coconut
  14. 1 cups - Walnuts

Directions:

Put ingredients except coconut and walnuts in large bowl mix 4 min. Then add coconut and walnuts. Pour into 3 greased 9 inch round pans which were greased and floured. Bake for 35 in 350 oven. Cool in pans 15 min and the remove from pans. Cool.

Frosting: 4 tablespoons butter, 2 cups coconut, 1 8 ounce cream cheese, 2 teaspoon milk, 3 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla.
Melt butter in skillet. Add coconut and cook until golden brown Cream together cream cheese and butter. Add milk and powdered sugar. Blend in vanilla Coat layers with frosting. Sprinkle coconut on top layer.
