Coconut Cheese Ball

Ingredients:

  1. 3 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese at room temperature
  2. 3/4 cups - grated cheddar cheese
  3. 2 tablespoons - mayonnaise
  4. 2 tablespoons - powdered sugar
  5. 1/2 cups - finely chopped pecans
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - cinnamon
  7. 1/4 teaspoons - nutmeg
  8. 1 cups - shredded coconut

Directions:

Combine all ingredients except coconut, and mix well. Form into a ball. Chill well.

Before serving, roll cheese ball in shredded coconut. Serve with apples, pears, pineapple or other fresh fruit. Also delicious on snack crackers.

Store in the refrigerator.
