Coconut Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 boxes - White cake mix or coconut supreme Bake cake according to the directions on the box
  2. 1 cans - COCO LOPEZ cream of coconut
  3. 1 cans - Eagle brand milk
  4. 1 containers - Cool Whip- Large
  5. 1 bags - coconut
  6. 1 cartons - Fresh Strawberries slice

Directions:

Bake cake according to the directions on the box. As soon as you take the cake out of the oven, pole holes in the cake using a knife or fork. Pour Eagle Brand milk over the top of the HOT cake, start from the center. Mix the COCO LOPEZ cream of coconut and the container of Cool Whip together in a separate bowl and pour directly onto the HOT cake. Top with coconut and refrigerate for several hours before serving. Top with fresh strawberries before serving.
