Cocktail Spread Aux Fines Herbes

  1. 1/4 cups - fresh parsley
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  3. - cracked peppercorns for rolling in
  4. 1/4 cups - cold butter cut into 3 pieces
  5. 2 cloves - garlic
  6. 1 packages - cream cheese (8 oz.) cut into 6 pieces


Process butter and garlic with metal blender for 30 seconds.

Add all other ingredients (except peppercorns) and process until parsley is minced.

Shape mixture into flattened ball. Roll in cracked peppercorns; wrap tightly and chill for several hours until firm.

Serve with crackers.
