    Substitute sliced turkey for corned beef, if desired. Approximately 72 calories and 3 grams of fat per slice.

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - 2.5 oz. processed sliced corned beef
  2. 1 cups - sauerkraut drained
  3. 1/2 cups - shredded Swiss cheese
  4. 1/2 cups - Thousand Island salad dressing
  5. 1 loaves - Valtrompia bread thinly sliced

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375° F. Chop corned beef; combine corned beef, sauerkraut, cheese and dressing in a mixing bowl.

Arrange slices of bread on 15-inch baking stone. Top each slice of bread with Reuben mixture, using a small stainless steel scoop.

Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm.
