Club Sandwich

Ingredients:

  1. 3 slices - toasted bread
  2. - sliced turkey
  3. - sliced ham
  4. - sliced American or Swiss cheese
  5. - tomato thinly sliced
  6. - lettuce
  7. - mayonnaise

Directions:

Spread each slice of bread with mayonnaise. Place a piece of lettuce on one slice, then tomato, then turkey.

Place 2nd piece of bread, mayo down, on top. Spread top of that slice with mayonnaise. Place cheese, then ham.

Top with last slice of bread, mayonnaise down. Cut each sandwich from corner to corner.

Serve with potato chips or potato salad and fresh cut fruit (cantaloupe, grapes, oranges sliced in rounds, etc.).
