Ingredients:

  1. 3 - Clementines peeled, sectioned and chopped (about 1 cup)
  2. 1/2 - Red Bell Pepper seeded and chopped (1/4 cup)
  3. 1/2 - Green Bell Pepper seeded and chopped (1/4 cup)
  4. 1 cloves - Garlic minced
  5. 1 teaspoons - Jalapeno seeded and chopped
  6. 1/2 - Medium Cucumber peeled, seeded and chopped (about 1/4 cup)
  7. 2 tablespoons - Lemon Juice
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Sugar
  9. 1/8 teaspoons - Crushed Red Pepper Flakes
  10. - Tortilla Chips

Directions:

In a small bowl, combine clementines, bell peppers, garlic, jalapeno, cucumber, lemon juice, sugar, and red pepper flakes. Cover and chill 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve at room temperature with tortilla chips.
