Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 1 cans - 15 oz. sweet yellow corn well drained
- 1 cans - 15 oz. black beans well drained
- 2 cups - chopped tomato, onion and green chilies mixed together
- 3 - medium sized ripe avocados cubed
- - chopped cilantro to taste
- - a squirt of lime juice
- - a squirt of lemon juice
- - garlic powder to taste - I like to go on the light side
- - salt and pepper to taste
- - chopped yellow or green onion optional
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and then add avocado.
This dip is best to make fresh and serve because the avocados will turn brown quickly. If you do want to make other ingredients a head of time, you can, and just add the avocado right before you serve.
Serve with sturdy organic tortilla chips.
