Clean Eating Secret Ingredient Mac & Cheese

Ingredients:

  1. 1 packages - 8 oz. Ancient Grain Gluten Free Pasta (or pasta of your choice)
  2. 1/8 teaspoons - black pepper
  3. 1/8 teaspoons - garlic powder
  4. 1/8 teaspoons - paprika
  5. 2 teaspoons - breadcrumb brand of your choice
  6. 1/2 cups - canned pumpkin puree
  7. 1/2 cups - plain Greek yogurt
  8. 1/4 teaspoons - salt
  9. 1/2 cups - shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Boil pasta according to package directions.

In a separate bowl, combine all other ingredients; add cooked pasta and stir until thoroughly mixed.

Spoon pasta mixture into a muffin tin lined with muffin liners.

Bake for 10 minutes until barely crispy brown on top.

Serve with a side of fruit of your choice.
