Number of Servings:
Ingredients:
- 2 slices - of 100% whole grain or Ezekiel bread (Did you know Ezekiel bread is a complete protein?).
- 1/4 cups - liquid organic egg whites
- 1 - dropper of pure liquid stevia
- 1 teaspoons - pure vanilla
- 1 teaspoons - organic coconut oil
- 1/4 teaspoons - cinnamon or more, to taste
- - berries of choice for serving
Directions:
1. Heat the coconut oil in a small skillet on medium heat.
2. In a small dish, combine egg whites, cinnamon, stevia and vanilla.
3. Dip bread in egg mixture and cover, then flip to cover other side of bread.
4. Put both egg-battered slices in the pan and cook over medium high heat until firm. (For non-toxic cookware, I like using ceramic).
5. Put on a plate and top with berries.
