Classic Reuben Sandwich*

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 pounds - corned beef
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - olive oil
  3. 6 - rye bread slices
  4. 2 tablespoons - butter unsalted
  5. 1/2 cups - sauerkraut drained
  6. 6 slices - swiss cheese
  7. 1/2 cups - mayo
  8. 1 teaspoons - chili garlic sauce
  9. 1 teaspoons - lemon juice
  10. 3 teaspoons - horseradish creamy
  11. 2 cloves - garlic minced
  12. 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
  13. 1 tablespoons - onion minced
  14. 1/4 teaspoons - paprika

Directions:

In a bowl combine the last 8 ingredients for the Russian dressing. Set aside.
In a skillet over medium heat add the oil. Once hot, add the meat and cook just until heated.
Lightly butter one side of each slice of bread. Place the bread, butter side down on a plate.
Add the toppings to each sandwich. Spread the dressing, top with the meat, cheese and sauerkraut. Top with second slice of bread.
In a hot skillet, cook sandwiches over medium heat 4-6 minutes, flipping once. Cook until cheese melts and the bread is crispy.
