Citrus & Smoked Almond Salad

Ingredients:

  1. 1/4 cups - extra-virgin olive oil
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - kosher salt
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - cracked black pepper
  4. 2 packages - 5 ounces torn mixed greens
  5. 2 - oranges, peeled, halved and sliced (1 cup)
  6. 2 - grapefruits, peeled and sectioned (1 cup)
  7. 3/4 cups - pomegranate seeds
  8. 3/4 cups - smoked almonds, coarsely chopped
  9. 1 - orange, juiced (1/4 cup)
  10. 1 - lemon, juiced (3 tablespoons)

Directions:

In a small bowl whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; set aside.

In a very large bowl combine the greens, oranges, grapefruits, pomegranate seeds, and almonds. Add dressing and toss gently to combine.
