Ingredients:
- 1/4 cups - extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoons - kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoons - cracked black pepper
- 2 packages - 5 ounces torn mixed greens
- 2 - oranges, peeled, halved and sliced (1 cup)
- 2 - grapefruits, peeled and sectioned (1 cup)
- 3/4 cups - pomegranate seeds
- 3/4 cups - smoked almonds, coarsely chopped
- 1 - orange, juiced (1/4 cup)
- 1 - lemon, juiced (3 tablespoons)
Directions:
In a small bowl whisk together the orange juice, lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper; set aside.
In a very large bowl combine the greens, oranges, grapefruits, pomegranate seeds, and almonds. Add dressing and toss gently to combine.
