After the first rise, dough can be refrigerated for up to 24 hours. Allow to come to room temperature, then allow to rise again before baking.

Ingredients:
- 1 pints - Evaporated milk
- - A little cream
- 1 cups - Mashed potato water
- 1 tablespoons - Salt
- 2 teaspoons - Baking powder
- 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
- - Flour
- 2 - Pkgs of yeast
- 1/2 cups - Warm water
- - Dash of sugar
- - Melted butter
- 3 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 2 1/2 cups - Sugar
Directions:
Oven - 375
Sprinkle yeast over 1/2 cup warm water, add dash of sugar. Let sit for 10 mins.
Combine milk, cream, potato water, melted shortening and salt.
Add enough flour to get cake batter consistency.
Add baking powder and baking soda (mix with small amount of flour first) .
Beat well.
Add enough flour to roll easily.
Allow to raise about 2 hours.
Roll out in rectangle.
Spread with melted butter, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar.
Roll up like a jelly roll and slice into rounds.
Put into greased cake pans ( dozen in a pan?) .
Let rise 1 hour. Can freeze at this point?
Bake 15-20 minutes.
Glaze with confectioner's sugar glaze.
