Cinnamon Butter Bites

  1. 1 pounds - salted grass-fed butter
  2. 1/4 cups - honey (OR 25 drops of liquid stevia)
  3. 1 tablespoons - cinnamon
  4. 1 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  5. - salt to taste, if using unsalted butter


Allow butter to soften on counter until it is a little bit squishy and soft.

Add butter, cinnamon, honey or stevia, and vanilla to food processor. Process for a couple of minutes to mix ingredients until they are slightly whipped. Stop food processor as needed to scrape down the bowl and remix ingredients.

Spoon butter mixture into silicone molds or drop by spoon full onto a cutting board or baking tray lined with parchment paper.

Freeze for an hour or two, then remove and store in a container in the freezer.
