Ingredients:
- 3 cups - Flour
- 1 teaspoons - Vinegar
- 2 cups - Sugar
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 2/3 cups - Cocoa
- 3/4 cups - Oil
- 2 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 2 cups - Cold Water
Directions:
Mix ingredients together at once, preferably by hand. Bake in a 9x13-inch baking pan at 350° for 35 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
