Ingredients:

  1. 3 - large ripe mangos peeled, pitted and diced
  2. 1 - medium jalapeno pepper stemmed, seeded and minced
  3. 2/3 cups - diced red bell pepper
  4. 1/3 cups - diced red onion
  5. 2 tablespoons - chopped fresh cilantro
  6. 2 tablespoons - fresh lime juice
  7. 1 tablespoons - olive oil
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - ground cumin
  9. 1/2 teaspoons - kosher salt

Directions:

Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl.
