Use as a finish sauce for mexican dishes or as a chicken marinade. For quick and easy, skip heating seasonings. Add oil to blender mix. Stir seasonings into yogurt and let stand 20 minutes before adding cilantro mix.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cups - Greek yogurt or sour cream
- 1 - avacado
- 1/2 cups - cilantro
- 1 - jalapeno deseeded
- 1/2 cups - water
- 1/2 teaspoons - chicken soup base
- teaspoons - minced garlic
- 1 tablespoons - EVOO
- 1/8 teaspoons - cumin
- 1/8 teaspoons - ground corriander
- 1/8 teaspoons - mexican oregano
- 1/8 teaspoons - chipotle pepper
Directions:
Put cilantro, jalapeno (use partial for less heat), avacado, water, chicken soup base and minced garlic in blender. Blend until smooth. Add salt to taste. Put oil in skillet and heat over med - high heat. Add dry seasonings to oil to bloom. 1-3 minutes. Pour oil and seasonings into yogurt. Allow oil to cool. Stir and let stand for 10 minutes. Add cilantro blend to yogurt and seasonings and stir until blended.
