Chutney Cheeseball

Ingredients:

  1. 4 packages - 8 oz. cream cheese softened
  2. 1 - small can crushed pineapple drained
  3. 1/2 cups - chopped peanuts
  4. 1/2 cups - coconut
  5. 1/4 cups - chutney
  6. 2 teaspoons - curry powder
  7. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  8. 1 teaspoons - ginger
  9. 1 teaspoons - dry mustard
  10. - chopped nuts or toasted coconut for rolling, if desired

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and roll in more chopped peanuts or in toasted coconut. Chill until ready to serve.

If you want to freeze this, do it before rolling in nuts or coconut; when you want to serve it, defrost and roll it in the nuts or coconut before serving.
