You can substitute some Monterey Jack cheese for some of the Pepper Jack cheese to make a milder casserole.

Ingredients:
- 3 packages - 10-oz pkg chopped frozen spinach
- 2 tablespoons - Chopped onion
- 4 tablespoons - Butter Divided use
- 2 tablespoons - Flour
- 1/2 cups - Milk
- 1/2 teaspoons - Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoons - Garlic salt
- 1 teaspoons - Worcestershire sauce
- 8 ounces - Pepper Jack cheese Grated
- - Bread crumbs For topping casserole
- - Paprika For garnish
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Cook spinach as directed on pkg.; drain, reserving 1/2 C liquid (add water to equal 1/2 C if there isn't enough water left in spinach).
Saute onion in 2 T butter until soft. Stir in remaining 2 T butter, then add flour and stir until smooth. Add 1/2 C reserved spinach liquid and milk and stir over medium heat until mixture is thickened.
Stir in pepper, salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Stir in cooked spinach. Put in casserole dish. Top w/ bread crumbs. Sprinkle paprika on top for color.
Bake for about 30 min or until bubbly.
