Notes:
From Kim Wood-a sister to my childhood friend, Kathy. I have been making this salad for about 5 years for our Christmas table. My mother, Kathy, and her girls request is every year. I hope you and your family enjoy it also. Kim.

- 3 - medium apples sliced
- 3 - medium bananas sliced

- 1/2 cups - to 3/4 cup sugar
Directions:
Mix first 8 ingredients together.
Whip the whipping cream; add the vanilla and sugar. Pour over the salad and mix well.
I do not put marshmallows or maracino cherries in mine. I just use what I have on hand from fruit basket gifts received or fruit that I have on hand. Gread dessert for the Christmas Day Buffet!
I serve in a goblet! So festive!
