Christmas Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - Oil
  2. 2 whole - Eggs
  3. 1 cups - Canned Pumpkin
  4. 1 2/3 cups - Flour
  5. 1 1/4 cups - Sugar
  6. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  8. 1/2 teaspoons - Nutmeg
  9. 1/4 teaspoons - Salt
  10. 1/2 cups - Nuts chopped

Directions:

Combine oil, eggs, 1/3 cups of water, and pumpkin. Sift together the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Gradually beat sifted ingredients into the first mixture. Coat nuts with 1 tablespoon of flour and stir into batter.

Pour into a greased and floured 9" x 5" x 3" loaf pan or two 7 3/8" x 3 5/8" pans or 20 fluted cupcake pans. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until done.
