Christmas Potatoes

Ingredients:

  1. 3 - large potatoes
  2. 1/2 cups - Gruyere cheese grated
  3. 1/2 cups - parmesean freshly grated
  4. 1 cups - heavy cream
  5. 1 teaspoons - salt
  6. 1/4 teaspoons - black pepper
  7. 1/8 teaspoons - paprika

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350˚
Spray baking dish with Pam.
Cut the potatoes into very thin slices, arrange a layer on the bottom of the dish. Sprinkle cheese, cover with another layer of potatoes, etc.
Whisk cream, salt, and pepper, pour over potatoes and sprinkle with paprika.
Bake for 1 hour, 15 minutes.
