Ingredients:

  1. 1/3 cups - Butter softened
  2. 1/3 cups - Brown Sugar
  3. 1 whole - Egg
  4. 2/3 cups - Molasses Or honey
  5. 2 3/4 cups - Flour Sifted
  6. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  7. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  8. 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  9. 1 teaspoons - Ginger
  10. 1/3 cups - Butter softened
  11. 1/3 cups - Brown Sugar
  12. 1 whole - Egg
  13. 2/3 cups - Molasses Or honey
  14. 2 3/4 cups - Flour Sifted
  15. 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
  16. 1 teaspoons - Salt
  17. 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  18. 1 teaspoons - Ginger

Directions:

Mix together thoroughly: butter, brown sugar, egg, and molasses. Sift together: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Add dry ingredients to molasses mixture; stir well. Chill dough. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut dough into desired shapes. Places shapes 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until cookie when lightly touched with finger leaves no imprint ( 8-10 minutes).
