I bake my cookies on a stone baking sheet. Also, I always double the recipe, or more, if I have a crowd at home.

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cups - Butter softened
- 1/3 cups - Brown Sugar
- 1 whole - Egg
- 2/3 cups - Molasses Or honey
- 2 3/4 cups - Flour Sifted
- 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger
- 1/3 cups - Butter softened
- 1/3 cups - Brown Sugar
- 1 whole - Egg
- 2/3 cups - Molasses Or honey
- 2 3/4 cups - Flour Sifted
- 1 teaspoons - Baking soda
- 1 teaspoons - Salt
- 2 teaspoons - Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoons - Ginger
Directions:
Mix together thoroughly: butter, brown sugar, egg, and molasses. Sift together: flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and ginger. Add dry ingredients to molasses mixture; stir well. Chill dough. Roll out the dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut dough into desired shapes. Places shapes 1 inch apart on baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees until cookie when lightly touched with finger leaves no imprint ( 8-10 minutes).
