Chola and Moong Dal Patra

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - Chola Dal Soaked
  2. 1 cups - Moong Dal Soaked
  3. 2 tablespoons - Green Chili Paste
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Asafoetida
  5. 1 teaspoons - Ginger Paste
  6. pinchs - Soda
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - Clove and pepper powder
  8. - Salt To Taste
  9. - Alvi Leaves
  10. - Lemon Juice
  11. - Oil
  12. - Poppy Seeds

Directions:

In a mixer jar, add dal and crush.
In a bowl, mix dal, with chili paste, asafoetida, ginger paste and soda and mix/whip them.
Now add clove pepper powder, salt and mix.
Spread the batter on leave and add another leave. Roll the leaves.
Steam for 15 to 20 minutes.
Cut and add oil, poppy seeds and lemon juice.
Serve hot.
