Ingredients:
- 2 1/2 cups - Heavy Cream
- 1/4 cups - Coffee Granuals
- 3/4 cups - Sugar
- 1 cups - Cholocolate Chips
- 1 cups - Whole Milk I used Skim Milk
- pinchs - Of Salt
Directions:
1. In a non-reactive sauce pot, whisk together the cream, coffee, sugar, and salt.
2. Mix until smooth and heat over medium heat until just simmering.
3. Add the chocolate chips and whisk gently until completely smooth. Remove from heat.
4. Add the milk and whisk to combine.
5. Pour the chocolate mixture into a bowl, cover and freeze until completely chilled, about 3/4 hours or overnight.
6. Blend in a blender till smooth and fluffy.
7. Pour back into container and freeze for 3/4 hours or overnight.
(When the mixture is chilled it will be much thicker.)
