Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - butter softened
  2. 1/2 cups - vegetable oil
  3. 1 3/4 cups - sugar
  4. 2 - eggs
  5. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  6. 1/2 cups - buttermilk
  7. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  8. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  9. 4 tablespoons - cocoa
  10. 2 1/2 cups - unsifted flour
  11. 2 cups - zucchini shredded
  12. 1/2 cups - chocolate chips

Directions:

Cream butter, oil and sugar in a large bowl with mixer. Add eggs, vanilla and buttermilk. Beat well. Mix dry ingredients, add to creamed mixture; beat well. Stir in shredded zucchini. Pour into greased and floured 9x13-inch baking pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips and bake in 350 degree Fahrenheit oven for 40-45 minutes.
