Chocolate Zucchini Bread

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - grated zucchini
  2. 2 cups - sugar
  3. 3 - eggs
  4. 1 cups - oil
  5. 2 tablespoons - vanilla
  6. 1/2 cups - chopped nuts
  7. 2 1/3 cups - flour
  8. 1 teaspoons - cinnamon
  9. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  10. 1/4 teaspoons - baking powder
  11. 1/3 cups - Hershey's cocoa powder

Directions:

Cream eggs, sugar and oil together.

Sift together flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder and cocoa.

Add dry ingredients to egg mixture. Add zucchini, vanilla and nuts and blend thoroughly.

Pour into greased and floured 2 loaf pans.

Bake at 325 degrees F for 50-60 minutes. Cool about 10 minutes before removing from pan.
