Chocolate Sheet Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - water
  2. 1 cups - margarine
  3. 3 tablespoons - cocoa
  4. 2 cups - sugar
  5. 2 cups - flour
  6. 3 - eggs beaten
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1/2 cups - buttermilk
  9. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  10. 1 teaspoons - baking soda
  11. 1 cups - margarine
  12. 2 tablespoons - cocoa
  13. 3 tablespoons - evaporated milk
  14. 2 1/2 cups - powdered sugar
  15. 1 teaspoons - vanilla

Directions:

For cake:
Bring to a boil the water, margarine, and cocoa. Stir in remaining ingredients.

Pour into prepared sheet pan. Batter will be thin. Bake 25 minutes at 350.

For Icing:
Combine ingredients and prepare on the top of the stove. Pour over warm cake.
