Chocolate Raspberry Tarts

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - raspberries
  2. 1 cups - white chocolate flavored (or vanilla flavored) reduced-calorie pudding made with low-fat milk
  3. 1/2 cups - whipped topping
  4. 4 - single-serve graham cracker crusts

Directions:

In a medium bowl, combine raspberries and pudding. Fold in the whipped topping.

Divide mixture evenly among graham cracker crusts. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 2 hours.
