Ingredients:
- 1/2 cups - Butter
- 3/4 cups - Sugar
- 2 squares - Unsweetened chocolate
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 - Baked pie crust
- 1/2 cups - Butter
- 3/4 cups - Sugar
- 2 squares - Unsweetened chocolate
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 2 - Eggs
- 1 - Baked pie crust
Directions:
Beat butter and sugar. Beat until light, add melted chocolate and vanilla. Add 1 egg at a time. Beating well after each egg. Pour into baked 9 inch pie crust. Served with 2 cups whipped cream sweetened with 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/4 cup sugar.
