Chocolate Pie

Ingredients:

  1. 1 cups - sugar
  2. 6 tablespoons - cocoa
  3. 1 pinchs - salt
  4. 3 tablespoons - flour
  5. 1 cups - milk
  6. 1 cans - evaporated milk
  7. 3 - egg yolks beaten
  8. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  9. 1 - baked pastry crust
  10. - meringue for topping

Directions:

In double boiler, mix together sugar, cocoa, salt, flour, milk, and evaporated milk. Stir thoroughly and bring to a boil.
While still hot, add the beaten egg yolks and vanilla.
Pour into baked pastry crust.
Top with meringue topping and bake in 425° F oven for about 10 minutes or 'til meringue is golden brown.
