Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 2 cups - creamy peanut butter
  2. 1/2 cups - butter or margarine
  3. 3 1/2 cups - confectioners' sugar
  4. 1 packages - 12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate pieces (about 2 cups)
  5. 1/8 bars - paraffin (about 1 oz.)

Directions:

Combine peanut butter and margarine; beat until creamy.

Add sugar gradually and blend well. Form into 1-inch balls. Chill 24 hours.

Melt chocolate and paraffin at low heat; coat balls with mixture. Place on waxed paper and refrigerate.

Optional: Put a small piece of nut, date or candied fruit in center of each ball.
