Chocolate Mayo Cake with Frosting

Ingredients:

  1. 3/4 cups - mayonnaise
  2. 1 cups - sugar
  3. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  4. 2 cups - all purpose flour
  5. 1/4 cups - cocoa
  6. 2 teaspoons - baking soda
  7. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  8. 1 cups - water
  9. 2 tablespoons - softened butter
  10. 1 1/2 cups - powdered sugar
  11. 2 tablespoons - cocoa
  12. 2 tablespoons - warm milk
  13. 1 teaspoons - vanilla
  14. 1 pinchs - salt

Directions:

For Cake:

Beat mayonnaise, sugar, and vanilla together. Combine flour, cocoa and baking soda. Add mayo mix and water alternately to the dry mix. Beat well.

Bake in a 9-inch round or square pan at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.

For Frosting:

Combine all frosting ingredients together, beating until mixed well and creamy.
