Ingredients:

  1. 2 ounces - unsweetened chocolate
  2. 2 tablespoons - butter
  3. 1 cups - icing sugar
  4. 1 - egg
  5. 1/4 cups - milk
  6. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  7. - salt
  8. 2 ounces - unsweetened chocolate
  9. 2 tablespoons - butter
  10. 1 cups - icing sugar
  11. 1 - egg
  12. 1/4 cups - milk
  13. 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
  14. - salt

Directions:

1. Melt chocolate with butter.
2. Add icing sugar, unbeaten egg, milk, vanilla and pinch of salt.
3. Set pan in ice cold water and beat until stiff.
