Ingredients:
- 2 ounces - unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 1 cups - icing sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cups - milk
- 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
- - salt
- 2 ounces - unsweetened chocolate
- 2 tablespoons - butter
- 1 cups - icing sugar
- 1 - egg
- 1/4 cups - milk
- 1/2 teaspoons - vanilla
- - salt
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate with butter.
2. Add icing sugar, unbeaten egg, milk, vanilla and pinch of salt.
3. Set pan in ice cold water and beat until stiff.
