Ingredients:

  1. 1/2 cups - butter
  2. 4 ounces - unsweetened chocolate
  3. 3 cups - sugar
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - salt
  5. 1 2/3 cups - evaporated milk

Directions:

In a double boiler, melt butter and chocolate. Gradually add sugar, salt and milk. Stire until dissolved and thickened. Remove from heat and serve warm over ice cream.
