Chocolate Fondue

Ingredients:

  1. 9 ounces - Milk Chocolate
  2. 1/2 cups - Heavy cream
  3. 2 tablespoons - Brandy, Rum or flavored liqueur Optional

Directions:

Place chocolate and cream in a double boiler. Melt over low heat, stirring until well blended. Add brandy, rum or liqueur. Pour into an earthenware pot of small chafing dish and place over a candle warmer.
Use as a sweet party dip for small slices of pound cake, fruit, marshmallows.... just about anything.
Makes approximately 1 1/2 cups.
