Chocolate Eclair Cake

Ingredients:

  1. 3 1/2 cups - Milk
  2. 1 containers - Cool Whip (12 oz.)
  3. 2 packages - French Vanilla Instant Pudding (3 oz.)
  4. 1 boxes - Graham Crackers
  5. 2 squares - Unsweetened Chocolate
  6. 3 tablespoons - Butter
  7. 3 teaspoons - Vanilla
  8. 3 tablespoons - Milk
  9. 1 1/2 cups - Powdered Sugar

Directions:

Mix pudding and milk for two minutes. Fold in Cool Whip.

Butter a 9" x 13" pan; cover bottom with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and the rest of the pudding. Put layer of crackers on top.

Frosting:
Melt chocolate with butter. Remove from heat and blend in vanilla and milk. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Pour over crackers and refrigerate.
