Notes:
May use 6 oz. chocolate chips in place of squares of chocolate. Doubling the frosting is recommended.

Ingredients:
- 3 1/2 cups - Milk
- 1 containers - Cool Whip (12 oz.)
- 2 packages - French Vanilla Instant Pudding (3 oz.)
- 1 boxes - Graham Crackers
- 2 squares - Unsweetened Chocolate
- 3 tablespoons - Butter
- 3 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 3 tablespoons - Milk
- 1 1/2 cups - Powdered Sugar
Directions:
Mix pudding and milk for two minutes. Fold in Cool Whip.
Butter a 9" x 13" pan; cover bottom with graham crackers. Pour 1/2 of pudding mixture over crackers. Add another layer of crackers and the rest of the pudding. Put layer of crackers on top.
Frosting:
Melt chocolate with butter. Remove from heat and blend in vanilla and milk. Add powdered sugar and mix well. Pour over crackers and refrigerate.
