If, after 45 minutes or so, it is still "watery" you may want to put it back into the oven for about 10 or so minutes to thicken it up. Sometimes I have had to do that, and I am not sure why.................BUT, the underneath is supposed to be like a pudding, or chocolate sauce. Serve this warm and topped with vanilla ice cream if desired. Mmmm, Mmmmm GOOD!

Ingredients:
- 1 sticks - Unsalted Butter Melt in a 9x13 glass dish in 350 degree oven
- 1 1/2 cups - Self-rising flour
- 1 1/4 cups - Sugar
- 3/4 cups - Milk
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla
- 1 teaspoons - Almond extract (optinal) Combine all of these ingredients in step two to form a batter. When butter in Step one is melted, spoon the batter over the butter. DO NOT STIR!
- 6 tablespoons - Hershey's Cocoa Powder
- 1 cups - Suger Combine these ingredients and then spoon on top of batter. DO NOT STIR!
- 2 cups - Boiling Water Pour the water over the cobbler. DO NOT STIR!
Directions:
Upon completing the above steps, place the cobbler into the 350 degree oven and bake 35-45 minutes. When it is removed, it will be runny underneath, but should start turning to a pudding consistency as it cools.
