Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - All-Purpose Flour
  2. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  3. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  4. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  5. 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  6. 1 pinchs - Nutmeg
  7. 1 - Egg
  8. 1/2 cups - Canola Oil
  9. 1/2 cups - Light Brown Sugar Packed
  10. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  11. 1/2 cups - Plain Greek Yogurt
  12. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  13. 1 cups - Zucchini Shredded
  14. 1 cups - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
  15. 1 1/2 cups - All-Purpose Flour
  16. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  17. 1/2 teaspoons - Baking Powder
  18. 1/2 teaspoons - Salt
  19. 1 teaspoons - Cinnamon
  20. 1 pinchs - Nutmeg
  21. 1 - Egg
  22. 1/2 cups - Canola Oil
  23. 1/2 cups - Light Brown Sugar Packed
  24. 1/2 cups - Sugar
  25. 1/2 cups - Plain Greek Yogurt
  26. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  27. 1 cups - Zucchini Shredded
  28. 1 cups - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter and flour a 9x5 loaf pan and set aside.

In a large bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

In a separate bowl, whisk together the egg, oil, both sugars, Greek yogurt and vanilla extract until combined.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and fold gently. Do not over mix. Fold in the zucchini and chocolate chips.

Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool in the pan for 20 minutes.

Take the loaf out of the pan and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.

Slice bread and serve.
