Chocolate Chip Pudding Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 2 1/4 cups - Unsifted, All-Purpose Flour
  2. 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
  3. 1 cups - Butter softened
  4. 3/4 cups - Light Brown Sugar firmly packed
  5. 1/4 cups - Granulated Sugar
  6. 1 packages - Instant Pudding 4-serving size
  7. 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
  8. 2 - Large Eggs
  9. 12 ounces - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips mini morsels work best
  10. 1 cups - Nuts (optional) chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in a large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff).
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen large cookies or 6 dozen minis cookies.
