Brief Description
I've used chocolate instant pudding for a chocolate-chocolate chip cookies or butterscotch instant pudding for butterscotchies (may want to cut back on sugar for that one). Change up the optional nuts and invent your own recipes!

Ingredients:
- 2 1/4 cups - Unsifted, All-Purpose Flour
- 1 teaspoons - Baking Soda
- 1 cups - Butter softened
- 3/4 cups - Light Brown Sugar firmly packed
- 1/4 cups - Granulated Sugar
- 1 packages - Instant Pudding 4-serving size
- 1 teaspoons - Vanilla Extract
- 2 - Large Eggs
- 12 ounces - Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips mini morsels work best
- 1 cups - Nuts (optional) chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix flour with baking soda.
Combine butter, the sugars, pudding mix, and vanilla in a large bowl, beat until smooth and creamy.
Beat in eggs.
Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts (batter will be stiff).
Drop from teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 2 inches apart.
Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
Makes about 3 dozen large cookies or 6 dozen minis cookies.
