Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cups - almond flour
  2. 1/2 cups - arrowroot flour
  3. 1/4 teaspoons - unrefined salt
  4. 1/4 teaspoons - aluminum-free baking soda
  5. 2 - eggs
  6. 2 tablespoons - coconut oil
  7. 5 tablespoons - organic butter
  8. 3 tablespoons - maple syrup
  9. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  10. 1 bars - organic soy-free dark chocolate
  11. 1 cups - walnuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Mix all dry ingredients together in a large bowl.

Mix all wet ingredients together in a separate bowl.

Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients; mix until blended.

Add chopped chocolate and walnuts.

Roll into balls and place on baking sheet with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 minutes.
