Directions:

Preheat oven to 375°F

1 Cup Butter Flavored Shortening
¾ Cup Sugar
¾ Cup Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Mix all above together and then add

2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Chocolate Chips

Drop dough by spoonful onto cookie sheet 2 inches apart and bake in oven at 375°F for 8 minutes, or until lightly browning on top. Remove from oven and cool.

Dough may be frozen for use at a later date.
