Chocolate Chia Pudding

  1. 13 1/2 ounces - can full fat coconut milk blended
  2. 1 cups - water
  3. 1/4 cups - chia seeds
  4. 2 tablespoons - cacao powder
  5. 1/8 teaspoons - vanilla stevia
  6. 1/8 teaspoons - celtic sea salt


Combine blended coconut mik, water, and chia seeds in a one quart mason jar or container with lid; shake well.

Add cacao powder, stevia and salt, and shake well again to blend.

Refrigerate overnight to let chia seeds soften and absorb liquid. Serve.
