Chocolate Balsamic Fillet

Ingredients:

  1. - your favorite cut of beef fillet
  2. - cracked black pepper
  3. - crumbled gorgonzola or bleu cheese
  4. - chocolate balsamic

Directions:

Season meat with cracked black pepper and salt. Grill to desired doneness.

When fillet is almost done, sprinkle on the cheese so that it melts just a little.

Drizzle chocolate balsamic on plate and place fillet into the balsamic.
