Butterscotch chips and chocolate chips are incorporated to make fudge.

- 1 cups - butterscotch chips
- 1 cans - Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 14 oz.
- 2 cups - semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 oz. package
- 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
- 1/2 cups - chopped walnuts
Line 8-inch pan with aluminum foil.
In small microwave safe bowl, place butterscotch chips and 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk; set aside.
In medium microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips, remaining condensed milk and vanilla. Microwave at high 1 minute and stir until chips are melted. Stir in walnuts.
Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan.
Microwave butterscotch chips at high 45 seconds; stir until chips are melted. Spread evenly over chocolate layer in pan.
Refrigerate until firm; remove from pan. Peel off foil and cut into squares.
Store in refrigerator.
