Chocolate and Butterscotch Fudge

  1. 1 cups - butterscotch chips
  2. 1 cans - Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk 14 oz.
  3. 2 cups - semi-sweet chocolate chips 12 oz. package
  4. 1 teaspoons - vanilla extract
  5. 1/2 cups - chopped walnuts


Line 8-inch pan with aluminum foil.

In small microwave safe bowl, place butterscotch chips and 1/2 can sweetened condensed milk; set aside.

In medium microwave safe bowl, place chocolate chips, remaining condensed milk and vanilla. Microwave at high 1 minute and stir until chips are melted. Stir in walnuts.

Spread chocolate mixture into prepared pan.

Microwave butterscotch chips at high 45 seconds; stir until chips are melted. Spread evenly over chocolate layer in pan.

Refrigerate until firm; remove from pan. Peel off foil and cut into squares.

Store in refrigerator.
