Ingredients:

  1. 8 ounces - cream cheese
  2. 4 ounces - sour cream
  3. 1 - small onion, chopped fine
  4. 1 - green pepper, chopped medium
  5. 1 - red pepper, chopped medium
  6. 6 ounces - dried beef, chopped

Directions:

Mix all ingredients and put in oven-safe bowl. Heat at 350 for 30 minutes or until bubbly. Serve warm with chips or crackers.
